This policy covers jasmine-everstin.com and the trade relationship between Jasmine Everestin LLC (“we”, “us”), 163 Armstrong St, Earle, Arkansas 72331, and the businesses that buy from us. We sell only to businesses, so the information we handle is mostly business contact information.
01 What we collect
- Price list requests: business name, contact name, work email, phone, ZIP code, type of business, purchasing volume and anything you write in the message.
- Account applications: the above plus legal business name, EIN, resale certificate number, ship-to address, website and login password (stored only as a one-way hash).
- Orders: what you bought, invoices, payment status and delivery details. Card payments are handled by our payment processor; we don't store full card numbers.
- Email: the correspondence you send to sales@jasmine-everstin.com.
02 How we use it
To answer your request, review your account application, verify that you buy for resale, process and ship orders, keep tax and accounting records, and send operational emails such as price list updates and shipping notices. We don't use your details for advertising profiles.
03 Who we share it with
Only with the service providers we need to run the business — carriers (UPS, FedEx) for delivery, our payment processor, email and hosting providers, and our accountant — and with authorities where the law requires it. We don't sell or rent contact details to anyone.
04 Cookies & third parties
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Pages load typefaces from Google Fonts and the contact map from OpenStreetMap; those services receive your IP address and browser details when the page loads, under their own privacy policies. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes request data to deliver and protect the site.
05 Retention & security
We keep account and order records for seven years for tax purposes. Price list requests that don't become accounts are deleted after 24 months. Access to business records is limited to the people who handle orders and accounts.
06 Your choices
You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you or your business, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete what we're not required to keep. You can unsubscribe from price list updates at any time by replying to any of them. We answer requests within 30 days.
